In line with the Memorandum "End of Homelessness in Namur, It's Possible!", the Namur City Strategy aims to reduce the number of chronically homeless people by 50% by 2030.Generally speaking, it is necessary to act on three dimensions by providing specific solutions:1) Preventive solutions: in order to prevent the arrival on the streets;2) Very short-term curative solutions: in order to stem the phenomenon longer-term curative solutions: in order to avoid disastrous socio-health situations, the severity of which would imply a much greater energy expenditure for both the individual and the professionals in the sector.
