In the article of the Jutarnji list we find out that the president has allocated preferential presidential pensions in the amounts of about seven thousand retired vicar of the military Ordinaryat Jakov's mamic and just over nine thousand kuna to the bishop and retired military Ordinariate Juraju Jezerinec, for "an exceptional contribution to the development of the Armed Forces" (whatever that means).

In the same article, we learn of another disturbing phenomenon, as it is in one country of disturbed values and it is appropriate: the list of privileged presidential pensions published in Jutarnji list was also found by General Vladimir Zagorec.Za Those who do not know or are We remember that this same Zagorec, for the robbery of gems stored in the MOD, was sentenced to 7 years in prison, and owes Croatia almost forty million kuna. While his rank and decoration are responding, Zagorec duly receives a privileged presidential pension of about 9,300 kuna. It is also worth mentioning that this same Zagorec was granted a privileged pension at the age of 37 years. Croatia pays, according to the publication of Jutarnji list, 362 preferential presidential pensions. Without entering into a debate whether it is deserved or not, it is certainly worrying that pensions, which are two, three or more times higher than those of many Croatian citizens, are paid to convicted criminals and criminals. And if so, will preferential pensions one day be given for example Ivo Sanader or Nadan Vidosevic?! Criminals in our society enjoy a special position, privileges and undeserved rights. And that's what worries the most. Rather than criminals quickly and harshly condemning themselves to serving fines, the processes stretch to get into the statute of limitations, and ultimately as a reward, in addition to being robbed, evisable and all that they managed to hide, the HDZ team still rewards them with preferential pensions and gives the "green light" to all Those who will "seize the opportunity" if they find themselves in the "right time" in the "real place". And so, while one is digging in containers and living on the collection and sale of plastic bottles, because the Government of the Republic of Croatia does nothing to raise pensions, others, close to the top, make good pensions and enjoy a third age.
