Rather than criminals quickly and harshly condemning themselves to serving fines, the processes stretch to get into the statute of limitations, and ultimately as a reward, in addition to being robbed, evisable and all that they managed to hide, the HDZ team still rewards them with preferential pensions and gives the "green light" to all Those who will "seize the opportunity" if they find themselves in the "right time" in the "real place".
