on the occasion of the press conference held by Darko Klasić and Kristijan Jelić, president and vice-president of the HSLS Go of the City of Zagreb, and Alen Lochert, HSLS representative in the City Assembly of the City of Zagreb.Does the Mayor also apply the model of his predecessor in public procurement procedures up to 26,540.00 euros according to which jobs are awarded to party candidates? Although after the arrival of the new city administration we hoped that corruption in Zagreb had finally ringed, due to party personnel directed by the party We Can, the money of Zagreb's citizens is being spent more and more opaquely.

For example, the Maksimir Cultural Center was in the mandate of the previous mayor of institutions in which, on the basis of numerous non-transparent tenders, citizens' money was spent on financing projects close to the then city administration. Antonija Letinić became president of the Governing Council, and Katarina Zrinka Matijević became president of the Governing Council, and Katarina Zrinka Matijević, who obviously continue the practice of non-transparent spending of public money by financing ideologically close projects and entities. The last such example is the simple public procurement tender, which was announced on November 17, 2023 for the purpose of creating the website of the Maksimir Cultural Centre. 13 bidders applied for the tender with bids in the amount of 2400 to 9900 euros, while the selected offer Free Domain Cooperative https://slobodnadomena.hr/.Pritom the selection of the aforementioned Free Domain Cooperative "enhanced" by the Ordinance of the Institution Center for Culture Maksimir, which regulates simple procurement in a way that prevents appeal, transparent scoring of bids as well as public availability of the amount of the selected bid. Relevant competitive entrepreneurs who professionally develop websites estimate that ready-made website development solutions cost approximately 3000 euros, in the case of companies or craftsmen, who contribute to the Zagreb budget with their tax, and not associations or cooperatives. It is obvious that when choosing the offer, the criterion of the lowest price was not a priority, but even if we put aside the non-transparency of this public tender of the Center for Culture Maksimir, the citizens of Zagreb undoubtedly have the right to know how much private favors of the party We Can cost them. It is inadmissible that public city money creates a clientelistic-interest network of the party We Can, within which the eligible are rewarded, and it is particularly presumptuous that such marifetluci are diametrically opposed to the policies proclaimed by the representatives of the We Can party in the Croatian Parliament, said the president of the Zagreb HSLS Darko Klasić.HSLS of Zagreb proposes to the city administration to be consistent with the policies it represents in the public space, and to transparently publish the reasons why the said Cooperative was selected in the tender as well as the price that will be paid for the development of the website of the Center for Culture based on the conducted tender Maksimir.Due to the new delay of the city administration, the quality work of the Zagreb municipal police, city companies and business entities was preventedthe decision on the new municipal order was voted in the City Assembly at the proposal of the city administration, and entered into force in May 2023. It repealed all previous acts of the former administration, with the obligation to adopt new ones within 6 months. Unfortunately, the Mayor again missed the deadline of six months from the entry into force of the new Decision on Communal Order, which, among other things, regulates the regulations on the rental of advertising spaces owned by the City of Zagreb, the installation of a system of public bicycles and parking machines and the use of public use areas. Thus, the Decision on communal order, adopted by the current government, and the regulations adopted by the previous government, which are not in accordance with the new decision, are currently in force, so co-owners who renovate buildings after the earthquake cannot lease the space in front of the building that it needs for trucks, construction machinery and disposal of building materials, advertising companies do not have a legal basis on the basis of which they can charge a fee for advertising on the property of the City of Zagreb, and Zagrebparking can't set up new parking machines. With such gross omissions and unconscionable non-fulfillment of the obligation, which was not left to him by the former authorities, but he himself took over by managing the city within his powers, the Mayor also hampers the structural reconstruction and work of the Zagrebparking branch as well as, in any case, the work of entities operating in the field of advertising. This is causing damage to the citizens of our city, city companies and companies in the real sector. After the so-called pedestrian zones, the so-called new model of waste collection, the so-called bicycle paths, this is another semi-finished product of the current Zagreb authorities, that is, once again their fušeraj
