The Socialist People's Government (SF) is calling for a concrete climate plan before the Finance Act10-09-2021SF has together with the government adopted a target of a 70 percent reduction in climate gases by 2030.

Now the objectives must be translated into action – and this requires a very concrete roadmap and associated funding. Therefore, the Socialist People's Government demands that the government provide a concrete and realistic roadmap for how we achieve the goal. And it must be ready before an agreement is made on the 2022 Finance Act. This is what SF Chairman Pia Olsen Dyhr says:– There must be no shred of doubt that we will reach our climate target of 70 percent CO2 reduction by 2030. The Danish Council on Climate Change has rightly criticised the fact that the government has not yet proven that the climate goal is achieved with the current policy framework, says Pia Olsen Dyhr. The party's climate spokesperson Signe Munk agrees:- More and faster concrete measures are urgently needed, but also a timetable for when the individual actions should be decided. We must therefore have both a concrete roadmap for how to achieve the 70 percent target, but also for when the various measures should be adopted and how much reductions they should deliver, says Signe Munk.
