1/ You brought together the UDI federation of Alpes-Maritimes in the presence of many elected officials of the department who joined you? About sixty people were present during the wishes of our federation.

We organized them especially in Nice where a team led by Catherine Moreau, deputy mayor of Nice and departmental councillor, and Dario Lutchmayah, our departmental delegate, are revitalizing our presence in the Côte d'Azur capital. Also present were many elected officials of the department. Many topics were discussed: the new governance of the UDI, the life of our federation, political news, etc. With as main questions, the place of the UDI in the political transformation of our country.2/ What is the recipe for the good health of the UDI in your department? Our positioning in this department has always been constant: many local and departmental elected officials, but no mayors or parliamentarians; all these positions being devolved until last year only to LR. But things are changing: the rivalry between Christian Estrosi and Eric Ciotti repositions us well on the centre-right and attracts elected officials: Serge Amar, LR deputy mayor of Antibes and VP of the South region has just joined us; Just like adherents who do not want to lock themselves into the internal tensions of neighboring political families. The new presidency of Hervé Marseille allows us to make the originality of our message heard, in particular by paying attention to the most modest in a social climate that today generates a lot of concern for the future in general and purchasing power in particular.3/ You are deputy mayor of Cannes in charge of structuring projects. Is it an exciting challenge for a city with a global tourist and cultural influence? David Lisnard entrusted me with several delegations: works, structuring projects, maritime works, urban cleanliness, green spaces, attractiveness and safety of public space. This is a huge project in a city in full mutation and transformation where we must, for example, at the same time, completely rebuild a Croisette, an international showcase that is no longer up to standard, and a social center with nursery and school. We must satisfy both our tourists and congress attendees and our inhabitants, this is the excitement of our mission.
