Four parliamentary by-elections were held last Sunday.

The PCF presented a candidate and his deputy in the 15th constituency of Paris and participated in the gathering of left-wing forces in the 6th constituency of the Pas de Calais and the 1st constituency of the Oise. For the PCF, the event of this election on the left is the breakthrough of the PCF candidate Thomas Roger, and his deputy Charlotte Laurent, in the 15th constituency of Paris which more than doubles the score of the PCF of 2017, going from 4.55% to 10.57%, the best score on the constituency for the PCF alone since 1988.
