According to Jan Skopeček, an economic expert for the Civic Democrats, the dismissal should definitely go through without giving a reason: "I've been talking about this from the very beginning. Even if it does not appear in the government amendment, my colleagues from the ODS club and I will undoubtedly present it as an amendment. To explain to MPs and colleagues that this is nothing drastic." They want to convince their coalition partners, for example, of the amount of severance pay that the employee would then be entitled to. "I would like us to reach some kind of compromise in these debates, where maybe we will submit it, because the KDU-ČSL will not want to be connected to it in any way, but the rational arguments will prevail.
