The HDZ government, with Andrei Plenković at the helm, once again showed us how to lead the country to a certain doom.

With today's day another one in a series of industrial giants goes to the ropotarnicu of history. Uljanik Shipyard, the last jewel of Pula, Istria and Croatian industry, closes its doors forever. The company goes into liquidation, and the workers, with nothing, on the street. Let us remember that more recently, when the decision was made for Uljanik to bankrupt, Andrej Plenković and his economy minister Darko Horvat assured the public that bankruptcy does not mean liquidation, but only a transitional phase, through which the Government of the Republic of Croatia will come up with solutions for Continuation of production and survival of shipbuilding in Pula Bay. Well, gentlemen, you lied!!! To all who have any understanding of the shipbuilding industry it was clear that bankruptcy in a system such as naval architecture where capital is slow, ultimately means liquidation. Because of your political interests, you dared to look workers in the eye and lie to them. Without any qualms, you have been waking up with false hope not only for the workers and their families, but also for all the inhabitants of Istria whose heart is Uljanik. It's clear to everyone that your workers are irrelevant. They are just a figure, voters, which are not so many in Istria for HDZ. The result is the destruction of a large number of jobs. It is apparent that HDZ's intention is to search the workers for happiness across the border, as there are fewer in Istria, the HDZ's chances in the elections are higher. You swear that people should go back to Croatia, but what do you offer them?! Seasonal jobs in tourism or completely underpaid jobs with no rights? Mr. Plenkovic, it's not the reasons for people to leave the open border, but that you and your government have ravaged everything. Croatians leave because you are from a country where everyone is equal, but some are even more equal, they have made a private piggy bank, from which the benefits are only you and your obedient ones. Uljanik's down. We wonder what's next, Đuro Đaković? Vedran Sabljak, president of the National Council
