At the GENERAL Assembly of DENK, the list for the European Parliamentary elections was adopted on 23 May 2019.

Denk Europa's candidates, led by list leader Ayhan Tonca, will be an enrichment for the European Parliament with their diverse backgrounds, experiences, expertise and their fresh gaze.  List leader DENK Europa Ayhan Tonca: "A team I am very proud of and i am very confident of making the sound of DENK heard together in the coming period. The candidates form a team together with a lot of enthusiasm, creative ideas and political experience." DENK previously presented Ayhan Tonca as the list leader. Tonca, who was long active as a councillor in the municipality of Apeldoorn, of which 4 years as group chairman, held various administrative positions within various civil society organisations. THINK Chairman Selçuk Öztürk: "Far-right ideas are becoming more and more normal and accepted. And that's a worrying situation. The sound of DENK is therefore sorely needed, especially in Europe. We believe that it will be a good campaign towards the European Parliament elections. Ayhan Tonca is ambitious and very capable of making the sound of DENK in Europe heard. Through the creative insights, commitment, experience and ambitions, I am convinced that this team will positively send the message of DENK." Aiman Al Gharabawy, the number 2 on the list, has been involved with DENK for some time and has worked on several campaigns. He is currently working as an innovation and automation consultant for housing associations. He also carried out several international work for NGOs in the Middle East. The number 3, Nadia el Ouahdani, has a lot of international experience. For a long time, El Ouahdani worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and held several top positions there, including senior Programme Manager Asia, Advisor West Africa and Regional Manager Middle East. El Ouahdani also worked at the Dutch embassies in Georgie and Morocco. As a diplomat, she has an eye for the different interests in international society. Because of her years of (residential/) work experience in Europe and beyond, she knows how to deal with other cultures, both politically and socially. El Ouahdani operated in international context for more than 25 years. "I know better than anyone how important Europe is to us. In Europe, the decision-making processes that affect our daily lives are here in the Netherlands." DENK Statesman for the province of North Holland, Gideon Everduim is also on the candidate list. Everduim, known for his productions as rapper Gikkels, is an entrepreneur, lecturer and co-founder of Control Alt Delete; a platform against ethnic profiling. Luiza Soares, who has the necessary political experience as a former Member of the States and a citizen councillor, is also on the list of candidates of DENK Europe. DENK MPs Tunahan Kuzu and Farid Azarkan are on the list of candidates of DENK Europa as a list pusher.
